簡單生活

現在的每一天，也是新鮮的，只為盡力不讓自己下沉，
我明白墜落的感受，是何等的折騰，有時呼吸不了，
今時今日，輕輕鬆鬆的生活才是皇道，
如早睡早起，假日到戶外走走，閒時勤於做運動，看看書、電影，
短期進修一下，吸收多些正能量，整個生活已經很不同。

尤其是作為一個女性，更應朝著五大基礎出發︰
健康、美麗、又快樂，獨立加上進。
